You will see the final shipping charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.


Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Please go through our size chart or call on our customer care number +91 98102 78813 to assist you with the right size for you. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange, refunds or returns. 

In case of any alterations in the garments shipped internationally or domestically, all shipping & taxes will be borne by the customer.

Please note, all our products are quality checked at multiple levels before dispatch.

Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. 

For International customers:
For most countries, we ship garments on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, the buyer is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country the buyer resides in. To release the order from customs on arrival, the buyer must pay these charges off at the time of delivery.

All payments made against the purchases/services on by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Prevasu. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done to ensure a safe and a full proof online shopping environment to our users.

Prevasu may employ CC Avenue, Razorpay, PaisaPay, PayPal and such other third-party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through the electronic transactions, as may be permitted by Prevasu which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorisation for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.


Prevasu endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Prevasu fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Prevasu may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

Delivery time provided is a guideline only and does not take into account possible delays that may arise due to payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and may vary sometimes due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Or by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number.
